The raffle is organized by Wunschgutschein GmbH based in Brilon.

Prerequisites for participation / raffle:

Participation in the raffle "every 50th WISHCARD is doubled" is only possible if a WISHCARD was purchased in one of the participating branches in the campaign period from October 3rd, 2022 to October 15th, 2022, regardless of the value level selected.

The determination of the raffle is processed in real time. Each WISHCARD purchase made is counted and automatically and immediately every 50th purchase that completes the purchase and payment process is reported as a winner. The counter is then reset within the campaign period and starts again at zero until the next winner is determined. The WISHCARD won with the denomination of the purchased WISHCARD is handed over to the buyer as a separate receipt. With the activation code, the winner is given the opportunity to redeem the value won at www.wishcard.ch at an online shop of their choice.

If the purchase of the WISHCARD is complained about or reversed after the purchase has been completed, the activation code won and the right to redeem the value won will automatically expire.

WISHCARD reserves the right to immediately block activation codes provided by complained about or canceled purchases. An exchange as well as a cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. Wunschgutschein GmbH is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, e.g. B. Violation of the conditions of participation, inadmissible influence on the competition, manipulation, etc. are present.

Eligibility:

Natural persons who are resident in Switzerland and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. If a participant is restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

Changes to the Rules of Participation and Termination of the Sweepstakes:

Wunschgutschein GmbH reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, Wunschgutschein GmbH reserves the right to end or interrupt the competition or raffle at any time for important reasons without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition or raffle from running as planned. In addition, the terms and conditions of Wunschgutschein GmbH apply.

Final Provisions:

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded in the raffle.
