The code from the selected partner shop hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t received the selected partner voucher by email, you can request the email with the code again. To do so, please enter the code from the back of the Wishcard in the next step for authentication. The email will then be sent to the address stored in our system.

If your Wishcard has not yet expired, it can be reactivated free of charge. To do so, please enter the code from the back of the Wishcard in the next step for authentication. The security check and reactivation usually take 24 hours.
